All products sold by Solara Compounds LLC are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human consumption, medical, therapeutic, or any other use. The purchaser is solely responsible for verifying product suitability, proper handling, storage, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This Shipping Policy works together with our Refund and Return Policy and Terms of Service.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and cleared.
Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or after 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your estimated processing and shipping timeline shortly after purchase.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Timelines
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout and calculated based on your delivery address and order details.
- Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days after the order ships.
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days after the order ships.
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, peak holiday seasons, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and direct carrier link.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after the shipping label is created for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Signature Requirements
For the security of higher-value orders and to help prevent delivery disputes:
Orders totaling $500.00 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customer Responsibility – Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment/suite numbers, correct ZIP code, and any delivery instructions.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error, it may not be eligible for reshipment or refund under our Refund and Return Policy. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions and Availability
Solara Compounds LLC ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, subject to applicable federal, state, and local regulations. There are currently no state-specific restrictions on our product lineup.
International shipping is not currently available.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Shipments
We package every order with care. However, issues can occasionally occur:
- Delays: If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date shown in your tracking, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
- Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will, at your choice, either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
- Damaged Packages: Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions. Clear photographs of the damage and original packaging are required.
