How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our facility.
How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options (when available) take 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. Orders totaling $200.00 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery for security and to prevent delivery disputes.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@solaracompounds.com or 813-708-3517. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the choice of a free reshipment or a full refund (see our Refund & Return Policy for details).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We are only able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at support@solaracompounds.com or 813-708-3517 if you need to make a change.

What is your refund and return policy?

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged items, incorrect shipments, or lost packages (after carrier investigation).
