If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@solaracompounds.com or 813-708-3517. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the choice of a free reshipment or a full refund (see our Refund & Return Policy for details).
We are only able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at support@solaracompounds.com or 813-708-3517 if you need to make a change.
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged items, incorrect shipments, or lost packages (after carrier investigation).
